Pilates has been used for many years to help in the rehabilitation of injuries and to provide a unique, whole body workout focused on core stabilization. Over the years, it become a popular maintstream method for strengthening and improving your overall health. We feel reformer pilates is for everyone regardless of your age or ability. W

Join one of our classes to experience what pilates has to offer. Our classes are small with 4 reformers to allow for more personalized attention. All of our instructors are certified. We accept cash, check & credit card.

Cost: $35 per 50 minute class. Class passes: 5/$160 or 10/$300

Initial evaluation and treatment : 60 minutes $145

On your first visit a thorough Initial Evaluation is completed specific to your muscle &/or orthopedic problem (i.e back pain, neck pain, etc) once the evaluation is completed we will discuss what treatment approach would be ideal for your problem. We will then decide on an exercise approach as well as what modalities would be most effective for your symptoms. The modalities are included in your evaluation price and with the price of each visit following. Modalities of dry needling, laser light, massage, and yoga based & core exercise is typically involved. Visits sits are usually 1-2x/wk depending upon your medical needs.

WOMENS HEALTH/PELVIC HEALTH Initial evaluation and treatment : 60 minutes $145

Our treatment approach is more than kegels and more effective than any previous treatment approach you've tried. Whether you are dealing with bowel or bladder incontinence, pelvic prolapse, or other related diagnosis the aim is to help you heal successfully. We treat women at any phase of their life, but also pre/post partum women as we can prepare you for child birth &/or help you recover. We provide scar tissue and c-section care, and certified to provide internal vaginal examinations, and visceral massage to aid in your recovery. If you are trying to return to exercise we can help you safely navigate back into running or workouts.

On your Initial Evaluation a through medical history and physical assessment is obtained. The PT will provide you with feedback on your pelvic health needs, and discuss a plan of care with you. We have many modalities to address your needs including pelvic floor biofeedback using an internal sensory, red light laser therapy, dry needling with/without electric stimulation, manual interventions, and yoga based & core exercise instruction.

Red light therapy is integrated into our pain-free treatment approach. We use it for its incredible healing benefits. This is a medical-grade laser light that works at the cellular level, reaching body tissues up to 4-9 inches deep. It can provide relief from chronic pain and promote tissue healing.

FULL BODY INFRARED light Therapy: 20 min $25

Red light therapy aka "Photobiomodulation "is offered in a 20 minute full body treatment as part of our wellness program. This is a pain free way to stimulate the mitochondria in our cells to produce more energy to help decrease inflammation, improve pain, improve sleep, decrease fatigue levels, or simply help you recover from post work out muscle soreness. This is a scientifically effective treatment approach and all you have to do is rest and relax while the light does the work.

Dry needling per area $50

Dry needling uses microfilament needles similar to those used in acupuncture to work at decreasing pain and facilitating the healing process where inflammation has become prevalent. It is a relatively pain free treatment option aimed at treating the origin of the pain. We focus at locating the trigger points at the neck, shoulder, back or joints. And, to further the results we add light electrical stimulation for increased circulation & healing.

Private Yoga : 30-60 Min. $50-$75

After a PT evaluation has been completed, a personalized yoga/pilates based therapeutic exercise program will be designed to meet your health needs. Aim at getting to the source of your problem and helping to solve your soft tissue issues.

soft tissue massage 30 Min. $30

A localized manual soft tissue massage and/or cupping myofascial tissue release is offered and completed at area of dysfunction or pain to help decrease muscle and fascial restrictions, restore mobility, and normalize muscle tone to facilitate healing.

Follow up visits: 45-60 minutes $87

After the initial evaluation is completed, follow up visits will be scheduled for 45-60 minutes, and will include the a treatment with designated modalities (dry needling, infrared light, massage, etc.) and therapeutic exercise and/or stretching program.
